终于找到2013的问题所在了，在启动系统后，启动mysql时可以从.err文件中看到以下内容：

其中InnoDB: Progress in percents: 1 2 .......的速度特别慢。这个过程大约经过15分钟才结束，这个过程结束后系统就运行正常了。

在这15分钟内运启动任何使用mysql的系统，都会有2013 这个错误，也怪不得有时候在停止服务后反而可以了，可能是因为这个过程已经结束。

好了。现在系统正常了。以前的问题如果等15分钟可能就没问题了！！！
